Providing veterans with assistance and training to improve vocational skills; resume writing and interview skills of veterans. 

• Guide veterans in setting and achieving vocational goals.
• Teach or coordinate computer and job-readiness training.
• Assist with job searches, applications, and interview preparation.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support.
• Connect veterans to community resources, agencies, and placement services.
• Build relationships with employers and attend networking events.
• Maintain case records, track progress, and prepare required reports.
• Provide transportation (in a company vehicle) to job-related activities as needed.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a non-profit or human services management, mental health, or related discipline. 
• One (1) year of experience in assessing education and training needs and providing referrals for work experience and training services or in providing manpower development and training, job placement, education or vocational counseling, or a combination thereof; experience with veterans preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, with a good driving record.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office Suite.
